With just three ingredients, these little treats are simple and delicious!

Ingredients:
  • 1 box of Puff Pastry Sheets, slightly thawed
  • 1 block or round of Brie
  • 1/4-1/3 c. of jam

Directions:
  1. Preheat oven to 375
  2. Unfold puff pastry sheet and cut into 16 squares
  3. Spoon a small dollop of jam onto each square
  4. Place a small piece of brie onto each square
  5. To seal each square, fold opposite corners together and then pinch each corner closed using a little bit of water on your fingers to ensure it's tightly closed. (These little suckers like to open up when they are in the oven so try to seal them as best you can before.)
  6. Repeat these steps for the second puff pastry sheet.
  7. Place on lightly greased baking sheet, making sure there is an inch and a half between each bite.
  8. Bake for 14-17 minutes (or until pastry is golden brown and the cheese has melted.
