This delicious recipe takes your favorite childhood lunch and turns it into a yummy dessert with fewer ingredients than most box mixes require!

Ingredients (Makes 1.5 dozen cookies):
  • 8 oz. creamy natural peanut butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/3 c. your favorite jam

Directions:
  1. Preheat oven to 325
  2. Lightly beat egg in medium bowl.
  3. Add peanut butter and stir to combine
  4. Add in sugar and stir until completely combined
  5. Roll dough into teaspoon-sized balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet.
  6. Using a fork, create a grid imprint on each cookie by pressing lightly into the dough in two directions.
  7. Bake for 15 minutes
  8. Allow to cool slightly and top each cookie with 1 tsp. jam.

And just like that, you have dessert!
