This recipe is a game-changer my friends. With just 3 ingredients plus a bag of chips, it is my go-to recipe when I realize last minute that I need a dish NOW! It can be cooked in 10 minutes, but people will be talking about it for 10 days (Hence why it's called 'crack dip')!

Ingredients:
  • 1 lb. Bulk Sausage
  • 2 blocks Cream Cheese
  • 2 cans Rotel
  • Bag of tortilla chips
Directions:
1. Brown sausage in a large skillet at med-high heat, breaking up pieces as you cook. (I use my cast iron skillet).
2. Once the sausage is browned, turn heat to medium and add the cream cheese and Rotel. Stir until combined, and transfer to a small crock pot to keep warm.
3. Serve with chips!

Well wasn't that easy?!
